End-to-End Implementation
A direct funding company in the construction industry requested a full end-to-end implementation and customization of Salesforce as their present system was not user-friendly and limited. Solutions implemented include the collection of several forms of information into a user-friendly flow in Salesforce, functionality for field staff to upload images to accounts, and use of Salesforce to capture web-to-leads.

Streamlining processes
A client in the healthcare assessment field was in dire need of streamlining their approval process. Customization was created so that individuals only needed to work in Salesforce without leaving the system. No need for emailing between colleagues, IMs, sending forms, etc. Automation was implemented to send notifications and alert the necessary approvers, and with one click, the approver would be routed to a decision screen that contained all pertinent information. This decreased wait time and all but eliminated any "forgetting" to submit correct forms during an approval process, providing a much more user-friendly experience.

Quote/Templates
A client in the building restoration industry required services to create calculations for quotes and capturing this information on templates, eliminating messy side work of calculations that were being lost in transitions.

End-to-End Implementation
A rehab therapy organization requested a full end-to-end implementation with training to the end-users and for its Salesforce administrator. Solutions included automation for notifications to be sent to corresponding managers according to the region in which a potential customer resides.
Data Analysis

Competitor Analysis
A leading American national restaurant and gift store needed insight comparison on their strengths and weaknesses compared to their top competitors. The client was able to make strategic product decisions based on the analysis, including products offered and pricing.

Market Effectiveness
An international sports bar/restaurant franchise was curious on the performance of a new item introduced. The metrics were analyzed taking into account environmental and seasonal variances and insight was provided on suggested pricing and advertising strategy.

Product Pricing
A national diner franchise was in need of pricing suggestions for a new line of items. Analysis was conducted accounting for market cannabalization and alignment with competitors' similar items. Suggestions were presented to the client on what items to continue with and at what prices.

Advertising Analysis
Client requested analysis on the effects of billboard campaign that the company had recently invested in. Insight was provided to the client that billboard campaign did not provide any substantial traffic or financial growth in their stores. The company was able to use this discovery in budgeting whether to continue the campaign or re-allocate the funds.
